By working with key clients in FMCG sectors, I saw a gap in the market need and the internal process.
Clients found services of Buzzmetrics helpful but the report took quite a long time to deliver
Staff needed a long delivery time as they manually tailored every report

I proposed a new service named Market Benchmark Dashboard.
Market Benchmark Dashboard gathered syndicated industry information and utilized data in Buzzmetrics historical storage. The dashboard provided market intelligence of buzz volume, campaign performance, marketing tactics, etc.

For Buzzmetrics: It was a new selling service that required no extra cost of manpower
